Vice President of Resident Safety and Emergency Preparedness

Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000

The Vice President of Resident Safety and Emergency Preparedness is responsible for ensuring every Community and every Leader is prepared before an emergency occurs, and capable of responding with speed, coordination, and care when it does. This position will serve as the organization’s incident co-commander, alongside the Senior Vice President of Operations during significant emergency events and organizational crises.
