Regional Health Services Specialist LPN

This position requires travel throughout Colorado.

Assisted living clinical experience required!

Travel: This role will support our communities across the portfolio and requires frequent travel.
Candidates must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time within our portfolio. Travel assignments may be for extended periods and can change often, so flexibility and availability are essential.

Salary range: $95,000 - $110,000

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Health Services Specialist, who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

The Regional Health Services Specialist is a licensed nurse responsible for managing the day-to-day healthcare operations of the assigned communities to ensure resident’s healthcare needs are met. Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensure quality care as resident’s healthcare needs change. Supervises licensed nurses and other direct care team members within the community. Strengthens clinical processes within the community until a replacement is identified, then supports newly assigned Health Services Director. Travels within the organization to support the management of vacant positions, startup communities, vacations/leave of absences, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be an LPN holding a valid Coloardo nursing license in good standing
• Prefer Four (4) years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
• Prefer Three (3) year experience supervising and managing employees
• Able to effectively teach/train staff
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening test.
