What You’ll Do
Design and lead a full calendar of engaging, meaningful activities tailored to the abilities and interests of our Memory Care residents.
Foster an environment of belonging, warmth, and dignity where every resident feels valued and included.
Partner closely with families, caregivers, and department directors to ensure programs enhance residents’ emotional and cognitive well-being.
Train and inspire your activities team to deliver creative, heartfelt programming that celebrates the individuality of each resident.
Bring creativity, patience, and compassion to every day—turning small interactions into special memories.
What We’re Looking For
An outgoing and compassionate leader with experience in senior living, recreation therapy, or memory care programming.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan engaging events, sensory activities, and daily enrichment experiences.
Excellent communication and empathy when working with residents, families, and team members.
Someone with a servant’s heart who finds joy in helping others live with purpose and dignity.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
Prefer one (1) year of experience coordinating or teaching activities with seniors
Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
