Fitness Director

Position: Fitness Director - Full-Time

Must be able to lead all types of fitness classes, work with outside vendors and instructors to offer additional types of wellness classes and must be a certified personal trainer who can offer personal training for seniors. Stretch and breathwork experience would be great too!

Pay Range: $35.00 -$45.00 per hour (depends on experience)

The Fitness Director is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, promoting, and facilitating, the fitness-based activities and excursions, with an emphasis on physical activity, and movement. All fitness activities, excursions and events must be designed to meet the interests, desires, and needs of the residents at the Community. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
