Assistant Executive Director - Luxury Hospitality

The Assistant Executive Director provides critical support to the Executive Director (ED) in overseeing the daily operations and managing team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents. Additionally, a key strategic component is the ability to learn from the ED and other leadership to develop into an ED role in the future. All responsibilities must be completed in accordance with Company policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations.
