Your Role & Impact

As a Server, you are an ambassador of hospitality—setting the tone for each meal and helping residents feel comfortable, respected, and at home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Serving residents, family members, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and dignity.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and entering them into the POS system.
• Setting, clearing, and resetting tables with care and attention to detail.
• Following proper dining service etiquette to ensure a polished, welcoming experience.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized dining environment.
• Supporting teammates and collaborating across departments to deliver excellent service.

What You Bring

We’re looking for people who enjoy serving others and take pride in doing things the right way.

• Prior serving experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a valid work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A genuine desire to work with seniors and make a difference in their day.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Health Screening (including TB test).
• Compliance with vaccination, screening, testing, and PPE requirements per regulatory guidelines.
